Sherry Leon is a seasoned and globally trained fitness professional with a deep-rooted passion for helping others move well and live fully. She holds a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 E-RYT), Level 3 Personal Training certification, and is certified in Pain-Free Performance, equipping her to guide clients of all levels through safe, effective, and empowering movement.

Her teaching style is informed by years of international experience and study under world-renowned yoga instructors such as Talia Sutra and Cathy Madeo. Whether leading a strength session or a soulful flow, Sherry brings precision, presence, and a touch of joy to every class.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her on her mat at sunrise, practicing yoga before the world wakes—or cruising down Lakeshore on her bike with her kids, who, by all accounts, are her greatest inspiration and lifelong obsession.

And if she looks familiar? Yes, that may very well have been her in a commercial. Wink.
